Training

Even the simplest Point of Sale software requires some manager or staff training. K and K POS offers onsite training, or remote training. K and K POS can walk you through using your whole system, let you explore your system and then just answer any questions you have or do a complete, ground up set up of your system and then train you.

Unlimited training is included with a Helpdesk Support Contract, or can be billed at 45.00 per hour (billable to nearest half hour).

• Takes the average employee less than 15 minutes to learn the Front of House Order Entry system.
• Takes about 30 minutes for an owner or manager to learn the Office Manager Software.
• Point of Success has a free support forum where you can get extra help, or even suggest features.
