Hardware Coverage:

K and K POS Hardware Coverage includes the following services:
  • Next business day repair of device.
  • If the device is un-repairable you are given the last support payment on the device back to put towards a new device.
  • If the device can be repaired but needs to be sent out, a loaner device will be installed.
